Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Cable Ties Unlimited, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that custom-printed or specialized cut-to-length products are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send the package to our distribution center using a traceable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
